JackPoker's mobile client brings the full poker experience to your phone — cash games, Spin&Win, Mafia Kings PKO tournaments, and the cashier all accessible on the go. Because the app is not listed on Google Play or the Apple App Store, installing it requires a few extra steps compared to a typical app download. This guide walks through the complete process for both platforms, including how to verify the APK integrity using a SHA-256 fingerprint check before you install.

Android APK Install — Step by Step

The Android APK installs cleanly on any device running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher. The process takes under two minutes once the file is downloaded.

1. Step 1 — Enable unknown sources. Go to Settings → Security (or Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps on Android 10+). Enable installation from your browser or file manager. This setting only applies to the specific app you grant permission to — it does not make your device permanently open to all sideloaded apps.

On Android, use a file manager app with hash-checking capability (e.g., MiXplorer or Solid Explorer). The SHA-256 hash is a 64-character hex string. If it matches the value shown on jackpoker.xyz, the file is authentic and unmodified. If it does not match, delete the file and re-download.
4. Step 4 — Install the APK. Open the downloaded file from your notifications bar or file manager. Android will present an install prompt. Tap Install. The process completes in 10–20 seconds.
5. Step 5 — Launch and log in. Open JackPoker from your app drawer. Log in with your existing account credentials or register directly in the app. All your balance and tournament registrations sync immediately.

iOS Install — TestFlight & Web App

Apple's App Store policies restrict real-money gambling apps in many regions. JackPoker offers two iOS access methods:

Option A — TestFlight Beta

1. Install TestFlight from the Apple App Store (it is Apple's official beta testing platform — free and safe to install).
2. On your iPhone or iPad, open the JackPoker invite link provided in your account dashboard or on the official mobile page. This redirects to TestFlight.
3. Tap Accept in TestFlight, then Install. The JackPoker app installs as a native iOS app with push notification support and full-screen display.
4. TestFlight apps expire after 90 days if not renewed by the developer. JackPoker pushes updates regularly — you will receive a notification to update before expiry.

Option B — Progressive Web App (PWA)

• Login loop or authentication failure: Verify your country is not in the restricted jurisdiction list. Players in the US, UK, and several other markets cannot access the platform regardless of device or VPN status.
• Tables not loading: Check that your network is not blocking port 443. Corporate Wi-Fi networks and some ISPs in restrictive jurisdictions may filter the connection. Switching to mobile data typically resolves this instantly.
