The series typically opens on a Wednesday with a lower buy-in event and builds through the week to a culminating Main Event on the following Saturday or Sunday. The leaderboard calculation weights points by buy-in tier — a min-cash in a Don event earns more points than a final table in a Soldier event, which encourages players to scale up through the series rather than grinding only the lowest tiers.

Top 50 players on the leaderboard receive prizes at cycle end. The leaderboard first place typically receives a package worth $2,000–$5,000 depending on the cycle, which includes tournament tickets, Instant Cash, and a custom "Don" avatar frame on the JackPoker platform.
