JackPoker has pushed version 3.1 of its mobile client to both the iOS App Store and the Android APK channel, effective May 22. The update addresses the most consistently requested features from the player community: simultaneous table support on mobile, a shorter withdrawal processing window, biometric account security, a ground-up lobby redesign, and a native dark mode that eliminates screen glare during extended sessions. Players on version 3.0 or earlier are prompted to update automatically; alternatively, download the latest APK directly from the JackPoker site.

4-Table Mobile Multi-Tabling

The headline feature of version 3.1 is 4-table simultaneous play on mobile. Previously, JackPoker's mobile client supported a maximum of two tables at once; the new build extends that cap to four, matching the standard feature set available on the desktop client. The implementation uses a tile layout on devices with screens 5.5 inches or larger, stacking tables in a scrollable 2x2 grid. Smaller screens default to a cascade view where each active table can be cycled through with a single tap.

Action timers and raise sliders are fully functional in multi-table mode. The platform handles focus management automatically — when a decision is pending at one table, that table surface highlights at the top of the stack. Players do not need to manually navigate between tables; the interface surfaces the urgent action first. Testing across a range of devices confirms that the frame rate remains stable at four tables on any device running iOS 15 or Android 11 or later.

Faster Instant Withdrawals

Version 3.1 introduces a reworked withdrawal pipeline that reduces the processing time for Instant Cash withdrawals to under 10 minutes for verified accounts. The previous pipeline processed most withdrawals in 15–30 minutes during peak hours. The improvement comes from a new automated verification queue that bypasses manual review stages for accounts that have passed full KYC verification and have no pending bonus clearance.

Crypto withdrawals benefit most significantly — Bitcoin and USDT payouts now typically complete within 5 to 8 minutes of the request being submitted, depending on network conditions. Fiat withdrawals via card and bank transfer follow the same improved queue logic, though final settlement timelines remain subject to the player's bank processing windows.

Biometric Login

The app now supports Face ID, Touch ID, and Android fingerprint authentication for login. Players can enable biometric login from the Security section of the Account Settings screen. Once enabled, the biometric prompt replaces the password entry step — the full session authentication still occurs server-side, biometrics simply unlock the locally stored credential. Two-factor authentication remains supported and is additive: biometric login unlocks the app, and 2FA challenges appear only for high-value actions like large withdrawals or account detail changes.

Redesigned Lobby and Dark Mode

The lobby has been rebuilt from scratch in 3.1. The previous design used a tab-based navigation with separate lists for cash games, sit-and-goes, and MTTs. The new lobby consolidates all formats into a single scrollable feed with a persistent filter bar at the top, allowing players to filter by format, buy-in range, and game type simultaneously. Featured tournaments and active promotions appear as card banners at the top of the feed — the WELCOME bonus and any live events show here by default until dismissed.

Dark Mode in 3.1 is a true system-matched implementation: it follows the device's OS-level dark/light setting automatically, or can be forced from within the app's Display settings. The table felt, card graphics, and all UI elements have been recolored for both modes. Dark Mode eliminates the previous white-background lobby splash that players on earlier versions encountered when first opening the app.
