Every Monday, JackPoker hosts its most chaos-friendly event of the week: Flipout Mondays, a multi-event series with a combined weekly guarantee of $100,000. Where traditional MTTs reward patient pre-flop construction over hours, Flipout events embrace the all-in pre-flop structure that removes post-flop complexity and levels the field between recreational and professional players. The Flipout Format Explained

A Flipout tournament uses an all-in-every-hand mechanic during the early phase: every player is automatically committed to the pot before cards are dealt, and hands are run out in their entirety. This eliminates bluffing, bet-sizing decisions, and position-based plays for the opening phase of the tournament. The result is a rapid stack redistribution — typically two-thirds of the field is eliminated within the first 20–30 minutes, which sounds brutal but actually serves a purpose: it produces deep-stacked play in the later stages from a compressed field, where skilled poker resumes with meaningful decisions.

Once the flip phase ends and the tournament transitions to standard NLHE play, the remaining players have unequal stacks driven entirely by run-out variance from the early phase. This is where bankroll-adjusted aggression pays off: the players who accumulated chips through the flip phase — regardless of skill — now need to be navigated with conventional MTT strategy, including push-fold at 15bb, ICM bubble adjustments, and final table negotiations.

Buy-In Tiers and Monday Schedule

The Flipout Mondays series runs multiple events throughout the day at different buy-in tiers, contributing collectively to the $100,000 weekly guarantee:

• Flipout Nano ($5.50 buy-in): Fires at 12:00 pm UTC. Entry-level event for bankroll builders and new players exploring the format. GTD $3,000.
• Flipout Mini ($16.50 buy-in): Fires at 3:00 pm UTC. Mid-day event with a larger field and $8,000 GTD. Most popular tier by entrant count.
• Flipout Main ($55 buy-in): Fires at 6:00 pm UTC. The flagship event. $40,000 GTD. Attracts the largest prize pool and most competitive remaining-field post-flip.
• Flipout High ($215 buy-in): Fires at 8:00 pm UTC. High-roller tier. $20,000 GTD. Field typically stays under 200 players; the post-flip play is the most technically demanding of the day.
• Flipout Turbo ($22 buy-in): Fires at 10:00 pm UTC. Accelerated blind structure post-flip. $5,000 GTD. Suitable for late-session players who missed earlier tiers.

Satellite Qualifying for Flipout Main and High

JackPoker offers dedicated Flipout satellites that run throughout Sunday and Monday morning. The $5.50 Flipout Satellite awards direct tickets to the Flipout Mini and runs every two hours on Sundays, with hourly flights from 8am UTC on Mondays. For the Flipout Main, a $16.50 satellite with 3-seat guarantees fires at 12pm and 3pm UTC on Mondays, meaning a player who wins at 3pm has under three hours to recover before the Main event fires. For the Flipout High, the dedicated $55 satellite (awarding $215 tickets) fires once on Monday at 5pm UTC — tight timing means committing to that satellite is effectively an all-in on your Monday schedule.

Why Flipout Mondays Attracts Recreational Players

The format's appeal for recreational players comes down to three factors. First, the flip phase means everyone starts equal — a player who learned poker three weeks ago has the same shot at building a large stack as a ten-year veteran during the opening phase. Second, the session length is compressed: a typical Flipout Monday Main event resolves in 2.5–3.5 hours from registration close to final hand, compared to 5–7 hours for a comparable-field traditional MTT. Third, the bad-beat tolerance is higher — variance from the flip phase is universally shared, so players cannot attribute early exits to a slow-play gone wrong. The flip decided it, and there will be another flight next Monday.
